2024 AGM

IAAT members are hereby notified that Ireland’s Association for Adventure Tourism will hold its sixth Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 27th of November at the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney (as part of our annual Conference). All members are invited and encouraged to attend.

Board Nominations: There will be one board vacancy available. You may wish to nominate yourself or any IAAT member through the nomination form HERE. The deadline for nominations is COB Wednesday 20th November.

Board member duties include the following:

  • attending board meetings (minimum of 3 per year plus the AGM)
  • providing your industry expertise as required
  • contributing to subgroups established to address key areas of work e.g. insurance, sustainability, standards
  • supporting the work of the CEO as required
  • reviewing membership applications (incl approval/rejection)
  • contributing to intermittent communication/meetings between the board as required
