Gormú Eco-Adventures Gormú is a husband-and-wife-run eco-adventure company based in West Cork. We offer guided experiences rooted in local folklore, language, and landscape, with tours running year-round from Castlehaven, Union Hall, and Toe Head, and seasonally in the woodland at Bláth na Gréine (Leap). Our four sub-brands include: Gormú Hiking Tours – Clifftop hikes on the Toe Head Peninsula filled with wildlife, folklore, and spectacular views. Gormú Walking Tours – Gentle storytelling strolls from Castlehaven Cross, with a focus on Irish placenames and featuring artisan West Cork food and a seasonal Halloween tour from Leap. Gormú eBike Tours – Guided cycles from Union Hall exploring quiet bóithríní, local dialect, and folklore. Gormú Swim Experiences – Dawn and night swims in Castle Haven, blending myth, nature, and a warm local welcome - including baraois (bioluminescence) swim experiences in summer.
