Overview

HikeandClimb is run by Ambrose Flynn, a certified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor, Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor and member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors. While I hold the above awards/qualifications, equally important is that I am currently personally active in all aspects. At the moment I’m mostly psyched by sports climbing, indoor bouldering and trail running. HikeandClimb offers a rock climbing guiding service, mountain skills, rock climbing personal skills courses, introduction to various aspects of mountaineering, Mountaineering Ireland courses and bespoke days of adventure for groups, individuals and families. The goal is simple, to enable the experience and to keep you safe while doing so.
